Terms of Service

1. The service

AI Brand Strategist (working name) is an AI-assisted brand strategy service. It conducts a guided interview, structures what you tell us into a versioned Brand State, derives a strategic recommendation (StrategyVersion) and composes a Brand Blueprint report from it.

The service is based on the information you provide and on the system's own consistency, claim and evidence checks. It is not a guarantee of any business outcome.

2. What you receive

One purchase unlocks one Brand Project: completion of the strategy synthesis, the interactive Brand Blueprint and continued authenticated access to that result. Technical retries needed to deliver the same outcome never require a second purchase.

Outputs may legitimately state that a positioning is a hypothesis, that a test is required, that evidence is insufficient, that a strategic decision is needed, that no defensible differentiator exists yet, or that research or proof is still missing. Such findings are part of the service, not defects.

A new strategy synthesis after a completed StrategyVersion is not included in the purchase.

The Blueprint is delivered as an interactive web report that you can print or save as PDF from your browser. A server-generated PDF file is not part of the service.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply and for your final business decisions. Claims, results and market facts you provide are treated as your statements and are labelled accordingly in the report.

4. Prices, currencies and promotions

Prices are fixed per currency (PLN, EUR, USD) and shown before the order is created. The price shown is the price charged; no currency conversion is applied. Promotions granted with an invitation reduce the price as shown on the order.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store card details. An order with a total of 0 (full promotion) is completed without a payment provider.

6. Technical failures, complaints and refunds

If the service cannot deliver the purchased outcome after reasonable technical recovery, you may request a refund through the complaint channel. Valid strategic findings (see section 2) are not technical failures.

7. Accounts and access

During the controlled launch, accounts require an invitation. Access to a brand project follows organization membership and role. After a refund or revocation, historical access to an already delivered Blueprint version remains available; new paid actions are not.
