What counts as a technical failure

The service could not complete the strategy synthesis or compose the Blueprint for your unlocked project after reasonable technical recovery (retries, resume, operator assistance).

Findings such as hypothesis, test required, insufficient evidence, strategic decision needed, differentiation gap or missing proof are valid outputs of the service and are not defects.

Refunds

Refunds, where granted, are issued through the original payment provider. After a refund, historical access to an already delivered Blueprint version remains; new paid actions on the project are disabled.
